Job summary

• Maintain exterior and curb appeal; refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms; paint as needed.
• Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Assist on major repairs of hotel equipment and fixtures.
