Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician at our Nashville properties to perform preventative maintenance, guest room care, and repairs across hotel facilities. You will document work orders, troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and maintain pool systems and equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
