Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a dedicated maintenance technician for Nashville Residence Inn. This full-time role emphasizes preventative maintenance, guest room care, and ensuring smooth operation of hotel facilities.

You will diagnose and fix basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing issues and maintain amenities, grounds, and equipment, contributing to guest comfort and safety in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
