PM Hotel Group’s Hilton Garden Inn Opryland in Nashville is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for on-site repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems to keep guest rooms and facilities running with minimal downtime.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of trade-related experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year’s trade-related and/or training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely and report as required.
• Secure the building and monitor/maintain access and security systems.
