Job summary

Atrium Hospitality LP in Glendale, AZ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas, document work orders, and assist with repairs across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment. You will help keep the property safe, clean, and well–functioning for guests and associates.

Qualifications include at least 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance experience is preferred, and HVAC/electrical/plumbing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
