Stonebridge is seeking a Maintenance Attendant in Boston, MA, offering an hourly wage of $25.00/hour. The role covers routine property and equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance under brand standards and laws.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guests' questions, complaints or requests.
• Performs maintenance and repair work on interior and exterior buildings and equipment.
• Conducts Preventative Maintenance inspections.
• Maintains inventory and secures tools and supplies.
• Completes assigned work orders on time and reports needs.
