Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Maintenance Attendant in Boston, MA to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance, monitor utilities, and assist in ensuring guest and associate safety per brand standards and laws.

Hourly wage is $25.00/hour. Responsibilities include repairs on building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment, with a focus on timely work orders and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Responds courteously to guests' questions, complaints or requests.
• Performs maintenance and repair on interior/exterior buildings, rooms, and equipment.
• Conducts Preventative Maintenance inspections.
• Ensures security of inventory (tools, supplies, equipment, etc.).
• Replenishes supplies promptly; keeps equipment ready for next shift.
• Completes work orders timely and within specifications.
• Records and reports completed repairs requiring attention.
• Maintains attendance, punctuality, and dress code; performs other duties.
