Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is hiring for a hotel maintenance role. You will install, repair, service and inspect FF&E and facilities, covering life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Trade or vocational training is preferred and 2–5 years in building maintenance is required.

Hotel industry experience is a plus, with flexibility to work various shifts. The company offers health insurance, retirement plans, holidays and leave, and opportunities for growth through training

Qualifications

• Trade or Vocational School graduate desired.
• 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.
• Experience in hotel industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of one or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping).
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts with a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains FF&E, facilities and/or the following systems: life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical.
