Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a maintenance professional to install, repair, service, inspect and maintain FF&E and facilities across life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and more. The role includes acting as supervisor on duty during night shifts and assisting with room calls as needed.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in building maintenance, ideally within hotels, and a vocational/technical background in one or more trades.

Qualifications

• Trade or Vocational School graduate desired.
• 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.
• Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of one or more trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration or landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, services, inspects and maintains FF&E, facilities and systems incl. life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
• Acts as supervisor on duty during night shifts and assists with room calls as needed.
