Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician at Tulsa Renaissance in Tulsa, OK. The role covers guest room upkeep, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance across hotel facilities.

Responsibilities include documenting work orders, servicing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems, plus outdoor grounds tasks. A minimum of 6 months in maintenance is required; lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
