YOUR DAY:

As our Hotel Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping the building in top working condition. You'll tackle tasks such as troubleshooting HVAC issues, fixing electrical and plumbing problems, repairing equipment, and handling general mechanical repairs. You'll perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent issues and keep detailed records of work performed. Using hand and power tools, you'll respond to unexpected challenges with urgency and professionalism. Whether replacing faulty valves, diagnosing power issues at 2 AM, or ensuring our hotel remains clean and welcoming, you'll be the silent hero our guests never see.

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be dependable and available for on-call, late-night, or weekend shifts.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic mechanical skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Physical ability to use hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, saws, etc.
• Ability to work independently, respond quickly to issues, and stay calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• A friendly and respectful attitude
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Being bilingual is a plus!
