You will contribute to guest satisfaction through reliable service, training of junior team members, and collaboration with management. The role offers flexible scheduling, hotel discounts, and a strong focus on safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills to service hotel systems.
• Ability to dismantle and repair equipment and restore functionality.
• Knowledge of water testing, filtration and pool maintenance.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs in hotels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting and drywall repair.
• Keep detailed records and reports; provide training to team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to guest experience with courteous, friendly service.
