Qualifications
- Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems incl. plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
- Ability to train Maintenance Tech I team members.
- English language proficiency (written and verbal).
- Flexibility for emergency repairs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
- Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
- Develop and monitor safety programs compliant with regulations.
- Keep detailed records and reports.
- Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team.
- Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule department needs.
- Ensure guest experience with courteous, service attitude.
