Qualifications

Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment and restore functionality
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Willingness to be on-site and respond to maintenance needs as required

Responsibilities

Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC
Carry out light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair
Follow safety programs and regulatory requirements; document records and reports
Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members
Support management in recruiting for department needs and guest services
