Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep our Meridian hotel running smoothly and safely. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and HVAC systems, plus light carpentry, painting and drywall work.

You will document activities and help train team members to uphold Drury standards. Ideal candidates bring advanced maintenance knowledge, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal directions in English.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple trades.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics.
• Ability to speak, write and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Do light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Implement programs for a compliant and safe facility.
• Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance work.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to guest experience with courteous service.
