Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is hiring a Maintenance Engineer I - R&M for the Sacramento, CA area. The role focuses on maintaining property up to brand standards, including painting, preventive maintenance, and guest room upkeep to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial property experience
• Hotel/Multi-family unit housing maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Painting of guestrooms, public space and work areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/tasks and preventative maintenance requirements
• Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly PM program
• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper about housekeeping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned and within capabilities
• Address all maintenance issues timely and professionally
• Wear proper uniform at all times per appearance standards
