Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking a part-time Maintenance Engineer I - R&M in San Luis Obispo, CA to keep guest rooms and public areas in top condition. You will perform routine maintenance, painting, and respond to work orders to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms, using the Quore App for checklists and PM tasks, coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper, and ensuring timely, professional maintenance while adhering to uniform

Qualifications

2 years commercial property experience.
Hotel/Multi-family unit housing maintenance experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Painting of guestrooms, public spaces and work areas.
Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs.
Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/tasks and preventative maintenance requirements.
Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues and complete daily/weekly PM program in accordance with organizational standards.
Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper regarding housekeeping issues.
Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable.
Address all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with appearance standards.
