Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to uphold brand standards and support Owner expectations. You will perform room and common area maintenance, use the Quore App for work orders, and collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Hotel/Multi-family unit housing maintenance experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paint guestrooms, public spaces and work areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and guest needs attention.
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders and PM requirements.
• Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues and complete daily/weekly PMs.
• Communicate with Executive Housekeeper about housekeeping issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned and address issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain flexible work schedule and uphold high guest service standards.
• Wear proper uniform as per appearance standards.
