Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels in Palm Desert, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer I to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. You will work independently to complete guest room and public area maintenance, using the Quore App to manage checklists and PMs.

The role requires about 2 years of commercial property maintenance experience, with hotel or multi-family housing experience preferred; the position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial property maintenance experience preferred.
• Hotel or multi-family housing maintenance experience highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Paint guestrooms, public spaces and work areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through maintenance and guest needs attention.
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders and PMs.
• Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues and perform PM program.
• Communicate with Executive Housekeeper on issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain professional appearance.
