Twenty Four Seven Hotels in Anaheim, CA is seeking a part-time Maintenance Engineer I to keep guest rooms and public areas in top condition. You will perform PM tasks, coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper, and use the Quore app to manage checklists and work orders.

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial property experience preferred.
• Hotel/Multi-family maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Painting of guestrooms, public spaces and work areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and guest service.
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders and PMs.
• Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues and perform PM program.
