Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I - R&M in Hemet, CA. This part-time position involves maintaining the property to brand standards, performing PM programs, and addressing maintenance needs with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2 years of commercial property maintenance experience; hotel/multi-family housing experience is highly preferred. Compensation includes health coverage and 401(k) benefits, with daily pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial property maintenance experience
• Hotel/Multi-family unit housing maintenance experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Painting of guestrooms, public space and work areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/task and preventative maintenance requirements
• Will inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly regular PM program in accordance with the organizations standards
• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper any housekeeping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable
• Addresses all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance
