Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a General Maintenance team member for the Hyatt Place Reno property. You will repair, maintain, and support the Maintenance Dept. across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, preventative maintenance, and responding quickly to alarms or safety concerns. Strong mechanical ability and reliable team player required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience in general building trades preferred.
• Valid driver's license required (as vehicle use may be needed).

Responsibilities

• Perform minor painting, plumbing, electrical work and related maintenance tasks using hand tools.
• Preventative maintenance for guest rooms and building systems (HVAC, pool, equipment).
• Address alarms and safety issues promptly and report findings to management.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety procedures.
