Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to assist with operation, maintenance, service, and repair of hotel equipment. You’ll participate in preventative maintenance, handle guest requests, and perform trades like carpentry and painting as needed.

Ideal candidates have trade experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration, and strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work long hours when necessary.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work long hours when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and complete guest maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform periodic property tours and exterior checks for debris and lighting.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, laundry equipment, and related systems.
• Report emergencies and safety hazards immediately.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized; manage tools and inventory.
• Promote safety practices and coordinate with other departments.
• Communicate daily activities and work orders across shifts.
• Interact with guests professionally to resolve issues.
• Comply with company standards and safety regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
