Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person to keep guest rooms and public areas in good working order. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to guest requests to ensure a safe, clean hotel environment.

You bring reliable work ethic, safety mindset, and basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to directly impact guest satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
