Job summary

The Club at Twin Lakes in Allentown, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and repair maintenance to keep the hotel meeting quality standards and guest needs. Responsibilities include ceilings, drywall, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and safety practices.

Qualifications include a High School diploma with trade school coursework preferred and prior maintenance experience. Scheduling varies and may include holidays and weekends, with physical duties such as lifting

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; trade school coursework in related field preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders related to replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, sheetrock and wallpaper.
• Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Focus on guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the curb appeal including but not limited to snow removal, lawn care, gardening and trash removal.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
