Job summary

Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician responsible for electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC tasks across the property.

You will complete work orders, participate in preventive maintenance, and support the Director of Engineering with special projects while upholding safety and guest service standards. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a high school diploma and relevant hotel maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required.
• Experience: Experience in building maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and refrigeration.
• Skills: Ability to learn and utilize computer software and hardware; basic hand tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting work.
• Complete maintenance requests from all departments promptly.
• Participate in preventive maintenance for building equipment and rooms.
• Assist with special projects assigned by the Director of Engineering.
• Maintain safety and comply with hotel policies.
