• Maintain maintenance logs and schedule PM to be completed.
• Be proactive in addressing maintenance concerns.
• Ensure all safety standards are followed and the hotel always remains compliant.
• Provide detailed cost projections for maintenance projects.
• Work with Hotel General Manager to create maintenance budgets.
• Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers.
