Job summary

Comfort Inn Alpharetta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support hotel operations with hands-on maintenance tasks across guest rooms, landscaping, and public areas. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other building maintenance issues, with reliability and flexibility to respond to emergencies and varying shift demands; on-site attendance is required.

Experience preferred in sheetrock repair and painting.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across building systems including sheetrock, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of the property.
• Maintain Guest Rooms, Landscaping, Trash, etc.
• Repairs requiring sheetrock, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and be able to multi-task.
