Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our property team in Ohio. The role focuses on maintaining electrical and plumbing systems, performing HVAC upkeep, and ensuring overall facility reliability.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate repairs, and document maintenance activities to support smooth operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Other duties as assigned
