Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and asset management processes.
• Oversee life safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and reporting through work order systems.
