Job summary

Embassy Suites Scottsdale is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day and long-term maintenance of hotel facilities, including rooms, exterior areas, and both public and back-of-house spaces. You will ensure regular upkeep of HVAC, electrical, laundry, and pool systems to support a flawless guest experience.

Work closely with the Chief Engineer/Operations Manager to plan, schedule, and supervise tasks, manage materials and budgets, and enforce safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years post High School education or related experience required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer/Operations Manager for activities.
• Estimate worker-hours and materials for planned jobs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
