Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance and engineering operations at our Scottsdale property. You will supervise daily activities, support preventive maintenance, and ensure the hotel stays guest-ready and safe.

This hands-on role rewards problem solving and teamwork. You’ll guide engineers, coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office, handle repairs promptly, and foster a positive, service‑driven culture that aligns with Sonesta's People People

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel engineering/maintenance leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
• Guide and develop engineering staff, train, schedule, and monitor performance.
