Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and repairs.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and address facility issues before they escalate.
• Comfort with using maintenance software or log systems to record work orders.

Responsibilities

• Facility walk-throughs and regular inspections of building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and energy management per brand standards.
• Coordinate repairs and participate in renovations and special projects.
• Plumbing and mechanical work including installation, inspection, and repair of fixtures and pipes.
• Maintain grounds and public areas, parking lots, and back-of-house spaces.
• Monitor pool and other facility systems for safety and compliance.
• Keep logs, prepare reports, and communicate conditions to leadership.
