• Facility Walk-Throughs and Inspections of building systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Preventive Maintenance and Energy Management aligned with brand standards.
• Repairs, renovations, and projects in guest areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Plumbing and mechanical tasks including inspection, cleaning, and repairs.
• Maintain Grounds and Public Areas to keep the property attractive and safe.
• Pool and facility monitoring and daily safety checks.
• Maintain logs, records, and generate reports for leadership.
