Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment safely.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, electrical and gas systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems efficiently.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
