Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to efficiently operate central HVAC and related mechanical equipment. You will follow sound engineering practices and corporate procedures to keep hotel facilities running safely and reliably.

You will repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, boilers, and plumbing systems; troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems; and perform preventive maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or associate degree in a relevant field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and parts breakdowns.
• Strong communication and self-initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC and mechanical systems safely and efficiently.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, boilers, and plumbing.
