Qualifications

• Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical parts breakdown.
• Understand and efficiently maintain and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and procedures.
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers and plumbing systems, and electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair quickly and economically.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
