Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our 4-star hotel in Miami, to lead the upkeep of facilities, ensure safety and compliance, and optimize energy use. The role requires technical training in maintenance with experience in hotels or similar environments, and the ability to manage a maintenance team and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in maintenance-related specialties.
• Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings.
• Proven and consolidated experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, detect and repair any malfunction or damage in the hotel's facilities, ensuring their proper operation.
• Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting efficient use of resources and sustainability.
• Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring full compliance.
• Ensure compliance with current ORP regulations, as well as building self-protection and evacuation plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team, as well as external subcontracted companies operating in the hotel.
• Manage the spare parts and consumables storeroom, ensuring proper availability and inventory control.
