Qualifications

• Must have experience in hotel maintenance and facilities management.
• Familiarity with OSHA lock out-tag out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Chief Engineer.
• Maintain all maintenance and preventative maintenance issues across hotel facilities.
• Monitor electricity, gas and water consumption.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Follow lock out-tag out procedures per OSHA standards.
• Perform guestroom and public area preventive maintenance.
• Report safety and security concerns promptly.
• Keep key inventories secure and workspace tidy.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and complete projects as directed.
