Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its 4-star hotel in New York. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage energy use, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Lead the maintenance team and coordinate with external contractors to maintain high-quality guest experiences. A strong background in hotel maintenance and relevant vocational training are required.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in maintenance-related specialties (electricity, HVAC, electromechanics, installations or similar).
• Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, detect and repair malfunctions or damages in hotel facilities to ensure proper operation.
• Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting efficiency and sustainability.
• Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans with full compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations and building evacuation plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team and external subcontractors.
