Job summary

Home2 Suites – Boise Downtown is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all hotel maintenance activities and lead the maintenance team to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. You will handle scheduling, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to minimize guest disruptions.

The role offers opportunities for wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days, Full-Time employment, and a dynamic team culture focused on safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency repairs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in performing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for all hotel systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to resolve any maintenance-related concerns.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure cost-effective operations.

Starting Salary Range: $22.00-$24.00/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days

What You’ll Do
