Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates seeks an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple Massachusetts and Rhode Island properties. You will manage preventative maintenance on laundry, HVAC, ice machines, safety systems, and plumbing, while coordinating vendors and on-site renovations.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory or lead mechanic experience in a hotel or related field.
• Proven mechanical aptitude across maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on laundry equipment, HVAC units, ice machines, and safety systems.
• Maintain and update work order boards; communicate status to guests/departments.
• Evaluate and select reliable vendors offering good value.
• Assist during renovations and special projects on property.
• Supervise Maintenance Assistant; hire, train, and appraise performance.
