Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering; experience with leaks, locks, and line voltage.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and hold people accountable.
• Budget & P&L experience; understanding RM and labor costs.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance.
• Tech-savvy mindset; comfortable with CMMS and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems—be the hotel’s MVP when things go sideways.
• Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgets—crunch the numbers.
• Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.
• Champion loss prevention and safety programs—protect people and property.”
