Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Chief Maintenance Engineer at Hunt sville Embassy Suites in Huntsville, AL. You will lead an engineering team to ensure safety, service, and high standards while managing budgets and capital plans.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing critical hotel systems, supervising inventory, and collaborating with leadership on renovations to enhance guest experience. The role requires hands-on leadership and a proactive maintenance approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering; experience with leaks, locks, and line voltage.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and hold people accountable.
• Budget & P&L experience; understanding RM and labor costs.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance.
• Tech-savvy mindset; comfortable with CMMS and Workday.
