• Proven leadership skills and ability to coach a team with accountability and care.
• Budgeting and P&L awareness for RM and labor planning.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance requirements.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with CMMS and Workday experience.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team focused on safety, service, and standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems across the hotel.
• Plan and manage capital and engineering budgets and cost control measures.
• Oversee inventory and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Champion loss prevention and safety programs to protect people and property.
• Collaborate with leadership on renovations and preventive maintenance projects.
