Qualifications

• Two years as a maintenance technician or similar position.
• HVAC and Pool Maintenance certifications preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and equipment issues in hotel facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems.
• Respond to work orders and document actions taken.
• Train maintenance staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain tools, supplies and paperwork per LBA standards.
