Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, lead the maintenance team, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one trade certification or qualification in Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Minimum one year of Journeyman-level experience in one or more skilled trades.
• Prior supervisory or lead-hand experience in hotel, commercial, or facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team daily and coordinate activities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed and downtime minimized.
• Troubleshoot building systems and equipment issues; coordinate repairs.
• Lead safety-focused operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support capital projects and maintenance initiatives.
