Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking aMaintenance Technician to help keep the hotel safe, functional, and well maintained while delivering friendly, professional guest service.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/HVAC/plumbing issues, maintaining equipment, and documentation, with a focus on safety and guest privacy. This on-site role requires teamwork and flexibility to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Dependable and service-focused; able to work effectively as part of a team; must meet security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain hotel grounds and ensure maintenance equipment is in proper working condition.
• Complete assigned maintenance documentation.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions.
• Follow all safety, security, and brand standards.
• Assist guests professionally and protect guest privacy.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
