Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, equipment, and systems for maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Support emergency maintenance situations as needed.
