Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC operates the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel and seeks a Director of Engineering to lead its facilities maintenance team. The role demands strong leadership, deep engineering knowledge, and a hands-on approach to keep guest areas and back‑of‑house systems running smoothly.

The director will supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with departments to support an exceptional guest experience at a busy Wisconsin property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field, including prior management experience.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is required, with a trade license preferred.
